All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars excluding applicable tax.

‘In season/weekend’ rates apply on all long weekends and holidays i.e. Christmas, New Year, Easter, Thanksgiving etc.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations and Cancellations:

  • Reservation is held with a 50% deposit. Cheques/checks, MC and Visa are accepted.
  • Final payment is due one month prior to arrival date.
  • In lieu of a security deposit, we reserve the right to charge for any loss or damage assessed upon departure
  • $50.00 processing fee applies to all cancellations until the last 30 days prior to arrival.
  • If reservation is cancelled in the last 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit is forfeited unless we are able to re-book the reserved dates, in which case only a $50.00 processing fee would apply.
  • Rates, until confirmed are subject to change without notice.
     

General Information

  • The check in time is 4:00pm - please advise if you will be arriving outside the normal check-in time.
  • The check-out time is 10:30am
  • No smoking permitted in the house
     
  • *** One dog permitted, please contact owner for details. Terms will be defined on your reservation confirmation.

Make Reservations

**An extra person can be accommodated; the charge is $25.00 per night.

There is a $85.00 cleaning fee for stays of less than 3 nights.

 ** We normally do not offer one night stays, but occasionally one night becomes available when there are reservations on  both sides of the open date. Please contact us to arrange these dates. They cannot booked through the web site.  $95.00 cleaning fee added to regular rate.
