Reservations and cancellations:: Upon making a reservation a $50.00 per room, per night deposit is required by cheque made payable to Mary Scott. This deposit is refundable if notice is received more than 14 days before the arrival date, minus a $25.00 administration charge.; A cancellation made within the 14 days of arrival date will be charged at the full rate (plus taxes) for all unfilled room nights of the cancelled stay.; A credit card number with expiry date and the name on the card is required to confirm reservation.; There is a 2 night* minimum stay required on weekends during the season. No minimum stay required in the off-season.; *One night visits are available on some weekends, for which there is a $15.00 premium. Please enquire.; Settlement at the end of your visit should be cash or cheque.
Other Policies: Check-in time is between 12 noon and 2pm. If you will be arriving outside of these times, please advise us so that we are at home to welcome you.
Rates: May to October $150.00 double occupancy plus GST; November to April $135.00 double occupancy plus GST (regular rates apply on Holidays and Special Event days, please enquire).
