Set amidst mature trees in an English style garden, Abel Thomas House
Bed & Breakfast is situated only a one-minute walk from the elegant shops, restaurants and theatres of Queen Street in the heart of the Heritage District of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Guests can leave their cars in our private parking area and enjoy strolling through the tree covered streets of Canada's prettiest town.
Our home is also on the route taken by horse-drawn carriages to show off the history and beauty of the 'Old Town.'
Alternatively, guests can enjoy the quiet peacefulness of the garden "far from the madding crowd" and relax on the patio or garden swing while sharing a glass of Niagara wine with fellow guests, or simply relax in the guest sitting room with a good book.
Described by our guests as "one of the prettiest B&B's in town" and "the best we have ever stayed at," our meticulously maintained home offers three, beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Two of the rooms offer queen-sized beds and a third offers twin beds.
Bathrobes and slippers are provided for your personal comfort.
For guests who like an early morning cup of coffee, freshly brewed coffee is available in the dining room from 7:30 am onwards.
Wine glasses, guest refrigerator, hair dryer, iron/ironing board and complimentary bicycles are also available for your convenience.
